  19. Er, no, that is not quite what I meant.  I only meant that we should
  20. continue to discuss things (as we have been) but take a vote on the
  21. topics we have discussed.  The vote would be organized, posted, and
  22. tallied by one person.  Rather than respond to the list, people
  23. would send their vote directly to the vote-taker.  That way we
  24. could come to clear conclusions about what we have discussed.
